IT Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced project manager who enjoys working in a great team environment where you are treated as a professional. Our ideal candidate is confident, resourceful, a problem solver, organized, personable and a customer focused individual.
We are looking for a full-time project manager with experience in customer satisfaction and a proven passion for IT.
Previous experience and considerations:
- 5+ years of IT or Technology experience
- Experience at an IT managed service provider is an advantage
- Technical college entrance qualification is advantageous but not required.
- TI's qualification is advantageous
IT project managers should:
- Manage multiple ongoing IT projects
- Evaluate project requirements and create a timeline for project completion
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to complete required tasks
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients.
- Develop a project work plan
- Provide weekly status updates for each project
- Generate monthly reports for each project
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and the project team to identify risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- General IT and clerical work as required
IT Technician
We are looking for people passionate about customer service as well as technology to add to our growing team.
The IT Support Specialist is a generalist position dedicated to all aspects of computer configuration, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades and maintenance. The position includes connecting computers or the rest of the network; printing, both locally and on the network; and ancillary devices such as tablets, PDAs and smart phones. All work tasks can be performed remotely from a central location, in the customer's work environment, or a combination of both. The position may require some physical activity, such as lifting and moving IT equipment out of place or crawling in tight spaces.
Requirements:
- Interest or experience in working with various types of hardware and software
- Comfort working directly with the client, offering advice, training, solutions and guidance.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and great soft skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Maintain a professional "business casual" appearance.
Education:
- A basic secondary education diploma is required
- Previous experience, a university degree (2 or 4 years) and/or technical degrees will be considered.
